HC-One’s Roseberry Court Care Home in Redcar enjoyed an afternoon of Pulse arm chair exercises, with 100 year old Muriel Hewitt leading the way.
Residents enjoyed a morning of wake up and shake up chair based exercises to music, with Residents from all floors and edges joining in the fun.
Laughter filled the air throughout as everyone attempted the exercises together, with 100 year old Muriel leading the way.
Everyone surprised themselves with what they could achieve when they really put their minds to it. The exercises really worked up their appetites, with everyone enjoying a variety of refreshments after the class.
