Residents at Morpeth care home raise money for Children in NeedResidents and the team at HC-One’s Foxton Court Care Home in Morpeth, Northumberland, opened the doors for Children in Need.

The Residents and the team at Foxton Court all made a massive effort and dressed up in their best Pudsey attires and either donated or bought cakes – there was a massive choice of cakes and sweet treats for everyone to choose from.

The day created an amazing, positive atmosphere in the home with it being so busy and not to mention, a lot of cakes for everyone to enjoy. The Residents particularly enjoyed seeing the staff all dressed up in their fancy onesies, pyjama’s and outfits.

Altogether, an amazing £191 was raised throughout the day.

Louise Dey, Deputy Manager at Foxton Court, commented:

“It’s brilliant how much everyone gets involved with the charity events. The team always make sure that they take part with the dressing up and together with the Relatives, are very generous with their donations.

It was a great day from start to finish, with a wonderful amount of money raised for such a worthy cause.”
