Residents at Glanffrwd care home in Pencoed, Bridgend were delighted to be transported to the Wild West as Colleagues arranged their very own Cowboy Day.
Both Colleagues and Residents dressed in their best Western attire for the day, with staff even coming along with their very own horses.
Local entertainer Robbie Lee performed a number of popular country hits for Residents, as they sang, clapped and danced along to the music.
Residents also joined forces to create a beautiful piece of artwork, made with colourful paints, paper and feathers.
Head Chef, Layton Jenkins, also created a delicious dinner menu to fit the Western theme.
Joan Thomas, Home Manager at Glanffrwd, said: “Thank you so much to all the staff, who made a fantastic effort for our Western-themed event. Our Residents really enjoyed themselves and are already looking forward to our next event.”
