Residents at HC-One’s St Margaret’s care home enjoyed a trip out as they visited the local Horner Hill Farm Shop recently.
A day of excitement was had as Residents could enjoy a delicious home made lunch at the farm shop, chatting with one another about what they hoped to see, before visiting the shop itself afterwards to explore the various Halloween gifts.
Residents remarked at how much they enjoyed shopping for gifts for their Relatives, as well as how lovely they thought the food tasted.
Katherine Swainston, Home Manager, commented: “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, some had never been to this shop before, whilst others have enjoyed going there since they were children.”
