Avalon Park care home in Oldham enjoyed an afternoon of rock ‘n’ roll as entertainer Kelly performed for Residents and their loved ones.
Everyone enjoyed singing, dancing and clapping along as Kelly sang some of Elvis’ all-time favourite hits, including Hound Dog and A Little Less Conversation.
Residents even enjoyed dressing up in Elvis-inspired attire, with Brenda getting in the true rock ‘n’ roll spirit and wearing an Elvis wig.
The home was filled with laughter and great conversation as Residents sang and danced the afternoon away.
Renu Kataria, Home Manager at Avalon Park, said: “At HC-One, we strive to provide a variety of exciting and stimulating activities for our Residents to enjoy together. The Elvis afternoon was great fun, with everyone smiling from ear to ear as they sang along to their favourite songs.”
