Brooklands care home in Grimsby, Lincolnshire was delighted to host an afternoon of transported-related fun as one Residents’ wife brought in his old model train set.
Everyone joined in with the task of putting the rails together, with many Residents chatting about their experiences of trainspotting and riding on different types of train through the years.
One Resident commented: “I used to love going trainspotting in my younger years, so I was really happy to lend a hand in putting the model train set together.”
