Resident turns ’21 again’ at Hayes care homeJanet Ovenden, celebrated her 84th birthday surrounded by family, friends, fellow Residents and members of the care team at HC-One’s Aston House care home in Hayes on Tuesday 30th November. 

Born in London in 1934, Janet worked as a typographer in her younger days and married her husband Peter. She has two beautiful daughters, Annie and Debbie and four grandchildren, Algy, Merlin, Emma and Kelly.

To celebrate her 84th birthday the team at Aston House threw a special birthday party for Janet, with live entertainment and delicious party food, the lounge was also decorated with balloons and banners. 

Janet’s family joined her for the celebrations, everyone wore beautiful hats and Janet looked amazing in her tiara and ‘21’ badge, Emma, Janet’s granddaughter was unable to attend the party due to work commitments but she surprised her grandmother with a FaceTime call during her birthday celebrations. 

Always the life and soul of the party, Janet celebrated her birthday dancing to her favourite songs and laughing with loved ones, everyone was glad they were able to be part of her special day.
