Lillian Gahan, a Resident at HC-One’s Victoria Park in Coventry had not walked in over two years after having numerous falls.
Members of the care team had spoken to Lillian and she shared her wish of being able to dance again, so they asked her if she would like to try walking, she happily accepted and was assisted by the team and a frame to walk from the lounge to the bathroom.
Everyone was thrilled to see Lillian on her feet, she was overwhelmed with joy that she had walked again. The team at Victoria Park are going to continue helping Lillian with her walking so she can continue to regain her strength and confidence, fingers crossed one day she will be able to dance once again.
