Resident receives Certificate of Achievement for her dedication and motivationA Resident at HC-One’s Bishopsgate Lodge in Bishop Auckland, County Durham has received a Certificate of Achievement from exercise coach, Jerome Gordon, the first award of its kind.

Mollie Atkinson was originally staying with Bishopsgate Lodge for 2 weeks following a fall at her home, which caused a broken home, but she has now been there for a year.

Jerome Gordon, the homes exercise coach who visits the home every Friday, presented Mollie with the certificate for being the “most improved person”.

Even when Mollie’s arm was in a brace, she attended both the in house Tuesday exercise session as well as Jerome’s Friday session is, showing her motivation and dedication.

Well done Mollie, the award sounds like it is well deserved!

Anne, Mollie’s daughter, commented:

“My mother has improved in leaps and bounds since coming to Bishopsgate Lodge, she is like a different person and we are beyond thrilled to see how well she is doing.”

Bishopsgate Lodge’s Home Manager, Paul Burn commented:

“We have seen huge improvements in Mollie over the last few months and the award clearly proves her dedication, well done Mollie!”
