HC-One’s Needham Court Care Home in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear introduces new initiative at the home to help the Resident’s to remember their frames to limit the amount of falls.
Esther Tooley was always forgetting to take her frame with her and Lesley Norris, Carer at Needham Court, wanted to help her to remember this in a new and fun way.
Together they picked out the colours and had a lot of fun turning Esther’s Zimmer frame into a work of art.
She now never forgets her frame and everyone who walks past always gives her a big smile and admires her beautiful frame.
The project will be rolled out across the home for every Resident.
