Resident enjoys trip out to local cinemaJill Collins, a Resident at HC-One’s Harley Grange Care Home in Leicester enjoyed a day out to the cinema with her father.

After suffering a stroke Jill has not had much chance to get out, so the team at Harley Grange decided to offer her the chance to go to the theatre or cinema. When asked if she opted to visit the cinema to watch ‘The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society’. 

Jill’s father who visits her every day took the day off work to accompany her to see the film, at first she was nervous to be out but soon relaxed with a large fizzy drink in hand as she watched the film.

After the film, they visited the local pub where Jill enjoyed a coffee and panini before getting a taxi back to the home.

Jill commented that she had a great day and enjoyed the film, she already looking forward to her next trip out.
