HC-One’s Roxburgh House care home in Cradley Health welcomed two rescue ponies on Friday 11th January to spend some time with Residents.
Everyone loved meeting, feeding and stroking the ponies, all while learning about how they were rescued and how they are looked after each day.
Some Residents reminisced about looking after horses and ponies on their family farms when they were growing up, which was great for everyone to hear.
When the ponies left, Residents commented on how much they enjoyed their visit and they would like to have them visit again soon.
