Residents at Willow Brook care home in Carlton, Nottingham were delighted to take part in an afternoon of singing and reminiscing.
Entertainer Mother Hubbard visited Willow Brook for the activity, which saw Residents singing and dancing along to her performance.
Mother Hubbard’s show was a great success for Residents, as she brought with her a variety of items to interact with the audience.
Willow Brook was filled with laughter as Residents reminisced and shared memories, as one person commented: “I really enjoy these sessions, we always have a good laugh!”
Leanne Haywood, Wellbeing Coordinator at Willow Brook, said: “The sessions with Mother Hubbard are so entertaining for Residents. It’s great to see them interacting with activities, which helps to promote physical and emotional wellbeing at the home.”
