On Monday, Residents and the team at HC-One’s Grosvenor House Home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, organised a Bonfire-themed lunch.
The lunch consisted of hot dogs, jacket potatoes, barbequed chicken and salad followed by a delicious chocolate fondue, complete with strawberries, miniature doughnuts and marshmallows.
Residents had a good time turning their desert of choice under the chocolate fountain and enjoyed eating them even more!
Residents Janet and Dot commented:
“We enjoyed putting our skewers under the chocolate fountain, it was such good fun.”
Lezlee Leahy, Wellbeing Coordinator at Grosvenor House, commented:
“It was a great afternoon, the food was delicious and the chocolate fountain was a huge success!”
