Residents at HC-One’s Jack Dormand Care Home in Peterlee, County Durham, look forward to their weekly fresh spring walks with the Wellbeing Co-Ordinator.
Residents, Hazel Callum and Martin Hall, love Thursday’s and Friday’s when Donna Price, Wellbeing Co-ordinator at Jack Dormand, is in as they tend to go for a nice walk together, enjoying the fresh air and chatting about the lovely memories that it brings back.
On Thursday, they took a trip to Crimdon Dene where they enjoyed a beautiful walk and watched the waves, stopping to talk about the great memories that brought back.
The next day, they enjoyed a walk through Horden Welfare Park where they looked at the beautiful flowers and stopped to take a photo with the Iron Pitman.
