Redcar care home celebrates positive CQC reportResidents and staff at HC-One’s St Peter’s Court care home in Redcar are celebrating the home receiving ‘Good’ in all areas in a recent report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
 
The team at St Peter’s Court were delighted outcome of their CQC inspection, which rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.

Inspectors were full of praise for the team, highlighting the kind and thoughtful ways that care and support delivered within the home. This sentiment was echoed by family members in the report in a host of comments, including, "the staff? I'd give them 12 out of 10. Absolutely brilliant" and "[relative] has improved since they came here. We were very lucky to get them in here."

Joleen Rayner, Home Manager at St Peter’s Court said: “We are all so happy with the result of our CQC inspection, it’s great to see the team’s hard work being recognised.”
