Red Nose Day at Cardiff care homeOn Friday 17th March at Quarry Hall care home, in St Mellons, Cardiff, Colleagues and Residents took part in some fundraising for Comic Relief, and even welcomed a show to the home for some entertainment to be enjoyed by all.

Colleagues at the 86-bed residential, nursing and dementia care home all dressed in red for the special occasion to raise money for the cause.  They also organised for Residents and Relatives to enjoy a live performance at the home from theatrical group ‘Tickled Pink’ who performed a show called ‘Fit for a King’.

The home’s kitchen team prepared a buffet lunch to go alongside the entertainment, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all! One of the Residents said, “This was a fun day!”

Colleague Aimee remarked, “It was nice to see Residents, Relatives and Colleagues all having fun together.”
