Residents at HC-One’s Merino Court care home in Greenock, Inverclyde have been brushing up on their culinary skills with the help of recently appointed Chef, James Sweeney.
James has been holding regular cookery workshops for Residents which have also been attended by Relatives and some members of the care team. During the workshops, James shares cooking tips and tricks of the trade, he also speaks with Residents about what they enjoy cooking and asks them for ideas or new recipes to try out.
Everyone is enjoying the cookery workshops and are looking forward to the next one, Residents said that James is a wonderful man and they really enjoy taking part in the cooking sessions with him.
