HC-One’s Rose Court care home were recently delighted to welcome Head of Care England, Professor Martin Green OBE, to the home due to the work he has been involved in with the care home manager, for the teaching care homes project.
His visit was a great success as he spent time meeting Residents, Colleagues and visitors and experiences a great sense of community spirit, as well as a positive ‘can do’ approach which he praised.
He also praised the effort the home is going to, to look at methods of improving the private care home sector for the ongoing care of Residents in the community and how staff relay this positivity in their care of the Residents.
Karen Davies, Home Manager, commented: “It has been wonderful to welcome Martin Green to the home as he was able to see how the care home worked and meet some of our wonderful Residents and staff.”
