On 12th January at
Rose Court residential, residential memory care, nursing and nursing memory care home, in Manchester, Residents enjoyed a chocolate fountain as a treat on a dull January afternoon.
The chocolate fountain display consisted of a range of different items to dip under including strawberries, bananas, melon, and marshmallows.
Everyone involved, including Joyce, Bev, Vera, Will, Janice, Gil, Jasona and Annie, were very excited when they saw the chocolate flowing and Joyce said she had never seen anything like it.
Fellow Residents Bev, Vera, and Will had seconds and they all really enjoyed the activity which finished with a selection of afternoon drinks.
One Resident commented, “I really enjoyed the afternoon and what a treat!”
Karen Davies, Care Home Manager, commented, “Residents loved the treat and we all want to have it again!”
