Residents at HC-One’s Rose Court Care Home recently enjoyed a taste of Spain as they decided to bring the country’s delicacies to the home.
Spanish tapas were prepared for everyone to enjoy which included various meats and cheeses alongside some deliciously homemade sangria. Spanish music was also played to set the scene, with some Residents getting up to dance along to the beat.
Everyone especially enjoyed trying new delicacies that they had not experienced before, including foods such as olives and certain cheeses.
Karen Davies, Home Manager, commented: “The afternoon was such a success and a great time was had by all. It’s wonderful to give the Residents the chance to experience new foods like this.”
