Residents at Rose Court attended the annual Radcliffe Carnival Parade recently. The home ensures they attend each year as the Residents have always enjoyed cheering on their local community as the parade walks through the area.
Radcliffe Carnival is a family event for all to enjoy which occurs each June in Radcliffe as funds are raised to support local groups.
Residents joyfully applauded and cheered as the parade passed through, many people from the local community took part in the parade, including Morris dancing school children, which everyone found wonderful.
Everyone was impressed with the parade and look forward to next year’s. Home Manager, Karen Davies, commented: “Residents within the home always thoroughly enjoy the parade and it has been a great part of their lives for many years, so we like to ensure that we can accompany them to watch it.”
