Christmas was all around at HC-One’s Rose Court care home as Residents and Colleagues took part in a variety of Christmas themed activities.
Everyone came together to dress the home in Christmas decorations, crafting items together to adorn the walls in festive theme.
Residents also enjoyed wrapping presents together, with Christmas music playing in the background for all to sing along to, getting everyone into the festive spirit as they chatted about their favourite Christmas memories from when they were younger.
Colleagues then brought a taste of Christmas to the home as everyone enjoyed sampling a variety of festive delicacies, from different flavoured cheeses and sausages, to cakes and mulled wine, before watching a Christmas film together.
A festively fun day was enjoyed by all, Karen Davies, home manager, commented: “A great day was had, filled with such excitement and festive cheer. The atmosphere was amazing and it’s got us so excited for Christmas.”
