At Cardiff’s
Quarry Hall residential and nursing care home, everyone celebrated not only HC-One’s 10th birthday, but also Bonfire Night with a warm and cosy fire.
The fire pit and barbecue were well underway as marshmallows were toasted over the fire. Residents were offered a selection of wine, lemonade, beer, burgers and sausages.
John, who lives at the home, commented on how lovely it was and a nice event for the cold evenings.
Carla Arcanjo, Care Home Manager, said, “Residents expressed they would love to celebrate the occasion, so that’s exactly what we did and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening.”
