Priory Mews Halloween dress up competitionLast month at Priory Mews in Kent, which provides residential, nursing, residential dementia, and nursing dementia care, Residents got all dressed up for Halloween.

Colleagues and Residents enjoyed a variety of different activities for Halloween including a night of dressing up with some music and dancing. There was also a fundraising event to raise funds for a children’s cancer charity. Staff all donated £1 each for the dress up and overall, £110 was raised from the event.

Ann, a Resident at Priory Mews said, “You all looked frightfully lovely!” to Colleagues who had dressed up and Robert, another Resident said, “we should have more dressing up days like this”. Residents also said they really enjoyed all of the Halloween themed cakes that were made.

Rose, the Home Manager said, “It was great to see the Residents engage in the days events. So much laughter and great feedback on the outfits”.
