Colleagues at Fazakerley House came together to congratulate fellow Colleague, Joanne Fishwick, on receiving a Kindness in Care award.
Joanne was nominated for the award by a Resident of the home, for her kind approach to everything that she does for each Resident.
It was even more special to Joanne that the nomination was made by a Resident who was in her care, as she felt especially appreciated for what she does in the home.
Home Manager, Steph Molden, commented: “It was an honour to recognise the high standards of care that we deliver daily. We are so proud of the kind care shown by Joanne as well as our other Colleagues.”
