Residents at HC-One’s Aspen Court care home in Poplar enjoyed a lovely Easter tea this Easter weekend a long with a raffle for the Residents fund.
On Easter Sunday, Residents enjoyed a lovely Easter tea with a variety of courses and meals on offer. The wellbeing and kitchen team joined forces to create a wonderful raffle event whilst serving Residents some amazing food.
Thirteen Residents attended and thoroughly enjoyed the day. There was singing, hot cross buns and Easter eggs afterwards as well as strawberry and cream, hot drinks and juice.
During the raffle, £100 was raised for the homes Residents fund, which will go towards funding days out for Residents in the summer months.
