Colleagues at HC-One’s Aspen Court care home celebrated ‘proud to care week’ recently as they enjoyed various days of team building within the home.
Each Colleague from the home joined in the event, with staff members splitting into teams to take part separately over five days.
Activities ranged from food tasting from different cultures and taking part in health and wellness sessions.
Everyone enjoyed getting involved together, and remarked at how nice it was to learn new activities.
Carmen Warner, home manager, commented: “It’s wonderful to see all staff joining in together, it makes such a difference when everyone gets involved together, taking the time to team build.”
