Sandon care home in Mossley, Tameside made the most of the spring sunshine with a delightful picnic for Residents at Stamford Park.
Residents enjoyed basking in the sunshine as they tucked into a selection of sandwiches, fruit, sweet treats and a lovely cup of tea as they watched the nearby veterans competing in a game of bowls.
After finishing the picnic, Residents stopped off to see the animals, admired the beautiful tulips in the gardens, and cooled down by eating an ice cream in the spring sunshine.
Wellbeing Coordinator Louise said: “It was such a perfect day! Everyone really enjoyed having a catch up while tucking into the delicious treats in the sunshine.”
