HC-One’s Grosvenor Park care home welcomed some furry friends to the home recently as they received a visit from Pet Pals.
The representatives of Pet Pals brought in a litter of nine week old kittens, much to the Residents delight, as they happily watched them play with one another, with some Residents playing with the kittens and their toys, laughing as the animals jumped up to catch the toys before one another.
Everyone delighted as the kittens cuddled together in their baskets or sat on the Residents’ laps and enjoyed many strokes and cuddles.
Residents remarked at how beautiful the kittens were, stating they mostly enjoyed stroking the animals in their laps.
Jackie O’Callaghan, home manager, commented: “Residents really enjoy having the animals in the home, especially the kittens, as they love cats. We have two cats who reside at the home, so this was lovely.”
