Perth care home celebrates glowing Care Inspectorate reportHC-One’s Strathtay House care home in Perth is celebrating receiving a positive Care Inspectorate report which included the highest possible rating for one inspection area.

The team at Strathtay House were delighted to receive such high ratings in their report, with an ‘Excellent’ for ‘how well do we support people’s wellbeing?’ and ‘Very Good’ for ‘how well is care and support planned?’

Inspectors were full of praise highlighting the “excellent” and “first class” care that the team provided to Residents. 

This sentiment was also echoed by family members of service users in the report from family members, with comments including, “all staff are welcoming and friendly. Mum has settled quickly and is always complimenting the staff" and "this home is absolutely wonderful, in particular the atmosphere and staff always get my wife to smile."

Located on Harley Place, Strathtay House is a purpose-built care home offering short and long term care packages for older members of the community needing residential and residential dementia care. The home is also proud to have a 9.8/10 average user rating on the sectors leading comparison website, carehome.co.uk.
