Penrith care home celebrates success in CQC reportHC-One’s Cold Springs Park care home in Penrith, Cumbria is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 

The team at Cold Springs Park were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.

The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues Cold Springs Park, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. 

This sentiment was echoed with a host of comments noted in the report, people and relatives praised the staff for the care and kindness they showed to them and to their families. They commented, “I never knew people could be so kind” and “The level of care here has been amazing and my family member is thriving again.”
