Residents at HC-One's Peniel Green care home have this week expanded their minds and tastebuds as the home organised a mexican themed evening.
Residents were served an array of mexican dishes including chilli con carni and rice, fajhitas, tortilla chips and dips and for dessert, bananas soaked in Rum served with chocolate.
The mexican theme spread throughout the home as the dining room was decorated with the mexican flag, mexican music played in the background and Residents enjoyed dressing up in sombreros.
Some Residents found the food a little spicy for their taste but enjoyed trying new food and especially liked the boozy dessert!
