Pendleton Court care home in Salford was delighted to participate in the Age Active Awards, with Residents eager to prove themselves as the Age Active Resident of the Month.
The Age Active sessions are a great way for Residents to work together, have fun and incorporate exercise into their activities.
Maureen was crowned the title of Resident of the Month, after demonstrating her strength and lifting the 2.5kg weight.
Maureen commented: “I am very happy to have received this award.”
Ann Gregory, Home Manager at Pendleton Court, said: “Our Residents really enjoy taking part in the Age Active Awards, as it helps them to work towards a goal and work as a team.”
