Residents at Parklands care home in Caerphilly enjoyed a festive get-together with family and friends to celebrate the Christmas period.
The celebrations started with a three course lunch with all the trimmings at the Cedar Tree Farm, a favourite pub in the area.
Residents enjoyed eating their favourite festive foods, along with pulling crackers and listening to Christmas songs with their loved ones.
Following the meal and Christmas entertainment on offer at the pub, the Residents were taken to see the Christmas lights in Cardiff.
Angela, a Resident at the Home, commented: “I had a great time. It was lovely to meet my family for the Christmas celebrations.”
Carla Arcanjo, Home Manager at Parklands, said: “Everyone really enjoyed their time at the Christmas meal, and it was lovely to finish the day off with the amazing Cardiff Christmas lights.”
