The staff and Residents at
Park House care home in Guisborough which offers residential and residential memory care, for those living with dementia, welcomed the return on the One Voice Choir with their joyful and uplifting performance of songs from lots of different genres.
There was something for everyone as they took the Residents through their varied and entertaining programme.
Not only did they sing but a few of the choir members also brought their ukuleles, which was a bonus!
One of our Residents commented, “It is one of the best choirs I have ever heard, and this choir is certainly a Park House favourite”.
After the concert, the home provided light refreshments for the Residents and the choir which were thorough enjoyed.
Julie Woods, Care Home Manager remarked, “It was lovely to welcome back the choir and it brought a lot of joy and happiness into the home and everyone joined in”.
