Residents and staff at Park House care home in Guisborough joined together for a Memorial Service to remember those who sadly passed away in 2018.
The vicar, Marion Gardner, delivered the poignant five candle service, which remembered the joy and love of each person who had passed.
Park House Residents chose the hymns Amazing Grace and How Great Thou Art to sing in memory of their friends, and also lit a candle to place on the alter.
Following the service, staff served tea and cake while Residents and the families of those who had passed away shared memories of their loved ones.
One Resident commented: “What a beautiful and inspirational service. It was a lovely way to remember those who are sadly no longer with us at Park House.”
Julie Woods, Home Manager at Park House, said: “Our memorial service received a really positive response from Residents and visiting families. The event was so special for everyone involved.”
