The walking party was made up of Alishia Calvert, Park House’s Home Manager, Michelle Trodden, Deputy Manager, Administrator Nicola Furlong, Wellbeing Co-Ordinator Tracy Fenwick and Lindsay Osborne, Kelsey Trodden and Morgan Trodden from the care team.

Family members also leant their support and joined in on the sponsored walk.

Everyone walked from Park House on Park Lane in Guisborough through the woods to Roseberry Topping, up the monument at the top and back down before returning to the home.

All in all, everyone walked a total of 10 miles including the steep climb from Roseberry Topping. There was a lovely feeling of comradery on the walk and everyone put their best foot forward for their Residents.

And the icing on the cake? £500 was raised as a result of this amazing effort, which will go towards shows and animal therapy for the Residents.

Michelle Trodden commented:

“Job well done! We all finished tired but happy.”
