Parachute fun at Rose CourtResidents at HC-One’s Rose Court care home enjoyed an afternoon of games as they took part in various exciting activities and worked together to keep fit.

Everyone joined in as they took part in balloon games whilst music was played, and Residents enjoyed dancing along and keeping fit as they played with the parachutes.

Team work and co-ordination was required by everyone to ensure the balloons remained on the parachute, and Residents enjoyed having fun as they worked together and laughed with one another as the balloons flew into the air.

Colleagues and Residents enjoyed joining in with the activity as they found it amusing to try and dance to the music whilst playing the game.

Karen Davies, Home Manager, commented: “Residents enjoyed this group activity and it is really important to promote movement and exercise for the Residents on a regular basis, it’s lovely to see them interacting socially as well as keeping physically fit.”
