Residents at Willow Brook care home in Carlton were delighted to receive an invitation from the local community for an exciting pantomime.
This year’s pantomime, which takes place in the local community every year, told the tale of King Arthur, with a comical and musical twist.
As they watched the show, Residents tucked in to a selection of delicious refreshments and joined in with traditional pantomime lines, such as ‘he’s behind you!’ and ‘Oh no he’s not!’
The show received a round of applause, as John said: “It was very funny. I really enjoyed it!”
Fellow Resident Michael added: “I loved the songs, I was singing along.”
