Renovation works have been completed to change Harnham Croft care home’s quiet lounge into a Covid safe indoor visiting pod.
This new area, pictured, will provide a safe internal space for Residents to have face-to-face contact with their families and friends during these challenging times.
The aim is that the transformation will enable worry free indoor visits as there is now a safe indoor environment to see relatives and friends
“It is fantastic to have the room transformed to allow indoor visits now that the weather is going to get colder,” One of the care Colleagues commented.
Home Manager, Jim Bowie, remarked, “It is great to bring a sense of normality back to our Residents whilst ensuring their safety during these unprecedented times.”
