The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Dingle Meadow, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by residents, who made remarks such as “the staff are nice people” with relatives remarking that “the staff are always attentive” and that the staff are “very caring”.

Inspectors remarked that staff take the time to listen to residents, and respect people’s equality and diversity as they demonstrate a kind and empathetic approach towards those they supported.
