Residents from HC-One’s Acacia care home in Nottingham took part in celebrations as they recognised a fellow Residents birthday.
Residents and staff all enjoyed a lovely spring day in the garden with a cup of tea and birthday cake to celebrate Resident Sheila’s birthday.
“What a lovely day to be sat outside and not watching the terrible stuff on T.V”, said one Acacia Resident.
Residents also got their hands dirty and planted some colourful flowers in the hanging baskets throughout the garden, in time for spring, “spring time is here”, said another Acacia Resident.
With spring upon us and summer just around the corner Residents at Acacia are very much looking forward to spending more days out in the sun with their friends and staff taking part in all types of activities.
