Silverwood care home in Nottingham, which provides residential, nursing and dementia care have been celebrated a huge 101
st birthday last month.
Beryl, a Resident at Silverwood turned 101 on the 28
th August 2022 but by looking at her you wouldn’t believe it was such a high number! She had a private little party attended by some of her friends and Relatives in the East Lodge which had been decorated by Colleagues for the occasion. There was a lovely serving of party food which went down very well amongst the guests and Beryl.
Beryl’s daughters, Jo and Patty really enjoyed the celebrations and the day as a whole seeing their mother happy. They said it was lovely seeing everybody enjoying time together as a family.
Joy commented, “Thank you Silverwood for always doing such lovely things for mother”. Beryl also went on to say, “Thank you so much for making my birthday so special!”
Jemma, the Wellbeing Coordinator gave her biggest happy birthdays to Beryl and said, “it was so lovely seeing Beryl having a wonderful birthday with her family, Happy Birthday from all of us at Silverwood”.
