Councillor Janet Myerscough-Illidge joined HC-One’s Daneside Mews in Chester Way, Northwich to celebrate the sixth annual Care Home Open Day on 21st April.
To celebrate in style, Councillor Janet Myerscough-Illidge joined the home to host the afternoon tea party with the residents. Councillor Janet Myerscough-Illidge was given a tour of the home and met with Residents and colleagues to see first-hand the kind care being delivered.
In the morning, the Residents got involved in a ‘Big Sing’ choir event with Colleagues and relatives taking part too. In the afternoon, the Residents enjoyed entertainment from a local singer, and were treated to candyfloss and popcorn along with refreshments. The day finished with a buffet and a raffle with the winning tickets being drawn by the Mayor.
