HC-One’s Acorn Hollow care home in Northwich hosted a bake sale on Friday 16th November to raise funds and awareness of BBC Children in Need 2018.
Residents, Relatives and Colleagues came together in Acorn Hollow to support the annual cause, some Residents and members of the care team wore their pyjamas and everyone indulged in a sweet treat or two.
Acorn Hollow managed to raise £100 on the day for BBC Children in Need, which has now raised over £1bn since it began the annual fundraiser in 1980. This year’s event saw a record-breaking £50.6 million, supporting this worthy cause has become an annual event loved by the Residents at Acorn Hollow.
