Residents from HC-One’s Wombwell Hall in Northfleet celebrated Mother’s Day together this Sunday with an afternoon tea and gifts from the Home Manager.
Residents also took part in a small arts and crafts session and had a sing-a-long to some wonderful feel good music.
Wombwell Resident Valerie said: “I felt so special and cared about and valued as a Resident. We are like one big family.”
With Residents unable to join together because of the current situation, they all had an individual personal tea for each house.
Wombwell Home Manager Catherine Veerigadu said: “It is important in times like these that our dedicated staff team went over and above to ensure that our Residents received the kindest care.”
The wellbeing team all gave up their Sunday to be with the Residents.”
