Three Residents from HC-One’s St Clare’s Court in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham visited Butterfly World in Preston Park on Monday 18th March.
On arrival, the group explored the tropical gardens and admired all of the colourful species of butterflies fluttering around. Residents also visited the reptile and meerkat enclosures where they learned all about the different animal’s behaviour, habitat and diet.
Before heading back to St Clare’s Court, the group stopped for a delicious lunch at a local garden centre, where they also browsed through the shop and admired all of the beautiful flowers and plants.
