James Ferguson, a Resident at HC-One’s Douglas View care home in Hamilton made his New Year resolution to focus on fitness in 2019.
To help James reach his fitness goals, the team at Douglas View have organised weekly visits to a local swimming pool. On his first visit, James was excited to get back in the water and was pleased to discover he could still swim.
He impressed himself and the team by completing several lengths of the pool, James is hoping to beat his personal best each week.
