Musical and movement at Hartlepool care home

Residents and their relatives at HC-One’s Sheraton Court care home in Hartlepool enjoyed taking part in a musical exercise class earlier in June.

Natalie visited Sheraton Court to host an exercise class with a difference for both Residents and their loved ones. The group used musical instruments as they performed light exercises that also created a harmonic sound which could be heard throughout the home.

Everyone smiled and laughed throughout the class, one Resident, even decided to enjoy a dance to the sound of the music played by the rest of the group. A great time was had by all with, Residents said they would be happy to take part in more musical exercises.
